The new Lexus IS250C made its world debut at the 2008 Paris motor show, ahead of going on sale across Europe during the summer of 2009. The new model combines the award-winning design of the IS sports saloon with outstanding open-top engineering ingenuity. The new power-retractable hardtop roof is constructed from aluminum and folds away in just 20 seconds. It has been styled to offer minimal wind turbulence when driving with the top down, and when the top is up cabin noise is said to be the same as the sedan.

The new Lexus IS250C is so fastest car. The car is luxury with model on display in Paris shares the same 2.5L V6 engine as the IS250 saloon and is rated at 205hp (153kW). Other models are expected to follow over the course of next year, including the 3.5L V6 IS350C and possibly a topless variant of the IS-F. All of the convertibles will share their power trains with the sedan models.

  1. The IS C is very much a Lexus, meaning it's handsomely designed and fitted with high-quality materials. Top up, the well-lined roof doesn't creak, even when exiting driveways at an angle — a testament to the car's good structure. Top down, wind noise is hardly noticeable, even without the optional windblocker. The climate control, of note, automatically compensates for ambient top-down air temperature changes by adjusting air flow volume and outlet temperatures. For safety, six airbags are employed in the IS C, including knee airbags for the two front occupants. The rear seats are best suited for shorter folks, who'll feel a bit pinched together by the car's thick body sides. For more visit Lexus concept car
